The standard rental fee for private party facility rental is as follows:
- $100 for two hours, up to 50 people
- $160 for four hours, up to 50 people
- $250 for eight hours, up to 50 people
- $100 deposit required upon booking
- Damage Deposit Credit Authorization Form Required
- Payment of the remainder of the rental is due the day of the event
- All building rental fees are non-refundable
