WHAT IS THE EXPERIENCE LIKE:
- When working with A Day To Remember, we take on the stress of ensuring all of the important decor and design details are completed. You are able to show up to the event relaxed and ready to enjoy the day with your child / teen.
WHY SHOULD I HIRE AN EVENT PLANNER?
- We’re here to allow you the opportunity to host an awesome event minus the worry, hassle and aggravation.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
- A Day To Remember Packages begin at $475.00; however, your exact fees are calculated after your initial consultation. The package prices do not include facility rentals.
CAN OUR PARTY GUESTS KEEP THE DECORATIONS/COSTUMES/ACCESSORIES?
- Our decorations, costumes, and accessories are part of our venue and do not go home with guests. The guests are more than welcome to take home the event balloons and party favors.
WHERE IS YOUR VENUE LOCATED? DO YOU HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
- Our Venue is located at 231 W. Carolina Ave., Hartsville SC 29550. We only have one location.
WILL YOU SET-UP AND DECORATE AT AN OFFSITE LOCATION?
- Yes, A Day To Remember will set-up and decorate at an offsite location; however, additional fees will apply.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
- Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. A non-refundable deposit starting at $200 is required to reserve date and time. Deposit depends on package selection. Additional credit authorization forms are required for building rentals.
CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS (CHILDREN)?
- Additional children can be added (per space available) for an additional fee. The specific price per child depends on the party package.
